Exchanges

We accept exchanges on items within 20 days of receipt. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with the original packaging included and can be exchanged for a different size or style.

We understand it’s difficult to sometimes size your pet. We try and provide a detail size guide that can assist you select the appropriate sizing. Please note that these are simply guidelines as all dogs, female or male, may vary in size within a breed.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear are non-eligible for returns. Should your Collar and/or leash break from normal wear and tear, we will gladly repair it or exchange it depending on the issue you encounter. See our full Guarantee Policy.

Please note that customer are responsible for cost of shipping on exchanges. Unless we made an unfortunate mistake in shipping you the wrong goods.

We reserve the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our team at thepack@musoandco.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

To initiate a return or exchange an item, simply send us a message here and we'll email you back with the return instructions. Please note that customer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns and exchanges unless a mistake on our part has been done.

Colors:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Keep in mind leather is a natural material and the color may vary slightly from one skin to another. We make a conscious effort to color match all leather goods items prior to shipping but be conscious that natural goods may have slight color variances.

Overseas:

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges from outside of Canada at this time. When ordering from a different country please ensure you are familiar with your Customs and Duties import laws as some imports maybe subject to taxation and import fees which we are not responsible for. Please check importation regulations that apply to your country of import.
